The next belt promotion is coming up fast! Make sure you mark the dates and times on your calendars! Specific times for your promotion are listed on the application forms which can be downloaded below:

Also, special sparring classes have been scheduled for students who want to prepare for the CMAF Tournament in May and/or Master Gee’s own Fight 4 Fun Tournament in June.

To participate, you must be high-gold level or higher.

For teens and adults, the sparring class is on Thursday evenings at 8:15pm.

For juniors, the sparring class is on Fridays at 5pm.

Classes are expected to be 30-minutes.
